West Arnhem Regional Council’s very own Terry Nami and Baden Golder based in Warruwi have officially completed their sign-ups via Teams and commenced their Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations with Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education RTO 0383.
