COUNCIL NOTICE - Call for Nominations - Local Authorities

The West Arnhem Regional Council is inviting community members to nominate for the Local Authority in Maningrida, Warruwi, Minjilang and Gunbalanya.
To align with the NT Local Government 2025 General Election, all Local Authorities were dissolved in July 2025. The nomination process is now underway, and former Local Authority members are encouraged to apply.

When can I nominate?
- Opens: Tuesday, 12 August 2025
- Closes: Tuesday, 9 September 2025
How do I nominate?
Collect a nomination form from your local Council Office or download it from: westarnhem.nt.gov.au/corporate-documents
Submit your completed form to the Council Services Manager at your local Community Council Office.
