Budding football stars emerge from Minjilang

Minjilang has started children’s football training with great attendance levels. Organisers take a fruit platter and ice water to get prepared for an hour of footy and fun twice a week.  Tuesdays is AFL training and Thursdays is NRL/touch footy training.

It is amazing to see the kids having such a great time learning about teamwork, respect for team mates, leadership, and encouragement. The skill level has increased rapidly throughout the past month with some future football stars in the making.

In conjunction with Mamaruni School, West Arnhem Regional Council will be drafting a jersey designed by the kids!
