Lighting up Maningrida

Several areas around Maningrida are now safer and brighter following the installation of new solar lights!
Funded by the Maningrida Local Authority, the 10 light locations were also chosen by Local Authority members, who identified spots that needed better lighting across the community.
Lights have been installed at the entrance to Bottom Camp, Childcare entrance and near the drain at New Subdivision.
A big thank you to the Maningrida Local Authority for supporting this important project, with a total investment of $66,000 towards the supply and installation.
These upgrades make a real difference for safety and visibility for community members.
