Reviewable Decisions
Review of Council decision
In accordance with section 323(1) of the Local Government Act 2019, any person who is adversely affected by a reviewable decision made by West Arnhem Regional Council may apply for a review within 28 days of the decision.
What is a Reviewable Decision?
A reviewable decision includes:

A decision relating to the correction of an entry in the assessment record (section 232(1) or section 233(7))

A regulatory order (section 286)
-
A decision to refuse to suppress a person’s details from publicly available material (section 293(5))

How to Apply
Applications for review must be made in writing and should clearly outline the reasons why the applicant believes the decision should be reconsidered.
