Candidate nominations will soon open for the West Arnhem Regional Council Kakadu Ward By-election to fill 1 casual vacancy.

If you are interested in being an Elected Member, come along to a Nomination Info Session on Friday, 4 August to learn about:

• The nomination process
• The role of an Elected Member in local government
• What it means to be an Elected Member on the West Arnhem Regional Council

Nominations open: Tuesday, 8 August

Nominations close: 12 noon Friday 18 August

The By-Election will be held in September.
