Juggle keys, leases, and happy tenants?
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive property management experience: You have 3+ years working hands-on in property or tenancy management, bringing practical know-how to the role.
- Top-notch time management: You can juggle tasks, prioritise deadlines and deliver quality results even when under pressure.
- Excellent communicator and documenter: You are skilled at both written and verbal communication, able to draft tenancy documents, prepare reports, and make complex processes easy to follow.
- Relationship-building skills: You’re a natural at creating positive, professional relationships and negotiating fair outcomes with tenants, colleagues and contractors.
- Strong computer and systems literacy: You’re comfortable with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and records management software, ensuring all tenancy and accommodation records are up-to-date and compliant.

Remuneration Package $97,438 – $103,824 (including salary $85,458 – $91,058)
