• Excellent communicator and documenter: You are skilled at both written and verbal communication, able to draft tenancy documents, prepare reports, and make complex processes easy to follow.
• Relationship-building skills: You’re a natural at creating positive, professional relationships and negotiating fair outcomes with tenants, colleagues and contractors.
• Strong computer and systems literacy: You’re comfortable with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and records management software, ensuring all tenancy and accommodation records are up-to-date and compliant.
