We’re looking for someone who is:
- A dynamic community leader who is excited to work in remote West Arnhem communities.
- Tertiary qualified in public health, community development or a related human services field.
- Proven experience leading and inspiring diverse teams and building a positive, customer-focused culture.
- Confident managing grants, budgets, reporting and competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and listening skills, able to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to interpret and explain financial information.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, meet deadlines and keep multiple programs on track

Salary
- Remuneration Package – $132,318 - $150,739 (includes Base $116,049 - $132,205)
