What We're Looking For:

  • A National Quality Framework-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, or actively working towards one.
  • Proven experience providing education and care for children from birth to five years, including children with additional needs.
  • The ability to lead, support and guide other educators, students and volunteers.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, caring approach to working with children, families and the local community.
  • Current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), National Criminal History Check, First Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis management training.
  • A strong appreciation of Indigenous culture and genuine enthusiasm for living and working in a remote community.

What We Offer:

Salary: Remuneration Package $86,771 - $93,137 (including base salary $76,102 - $81,685 depending on qualifications)
