What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, or be an experienced veteran (five years+) in delivering aged care or NDIS magic!
- Culture Connector: Able to engage, support and yarn with people of all backgrounds—especially Indigenous Australians—with warmth and flair!
- Reporting Rockstar: Excel with words, create reports that dazzle, and communicate brilliantly on paper and in person!
- Problem-Solving Superhero: Rapidly tackle tricky challenges, handle fast-paced days, and keep your cool while making great decisions!
- Remote Mentor: Guide, encourage and cheer on small teams scattered far and wide—no cape required, just heart and know-how and willingness to jump in when needed.
What We Offer:
Salary: Remuneration Package $116,089 – $123,670 (including salary $101,815 – $108,464)
