Come be the heart of our team at the Jabiru Child Care Centre! As our Educational Leader, you'll be a hands-on mentor for our team, guiding our learning programs and turning your passion for play, culture and community into unforgettable learning adventures for children, families and educators in the Top End.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Diploma or higher qualification, along with at least three years of experience in early childhood services.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, with the ability to design and run high-quality educational programs.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to supervise, mentor, and train other educators, students, and volunteers.
- Excellent communication skills, making it easy to connect with children, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
What We Offer:
Salary: Remuneration Package $100,361 - $110,223 (includes Base salary $88,021 - $96,670)
