What We're Looking For:
- A natural leader who brings empathy, positivity and motivation to the team—someone who can inspire, support and guide staff as well as build strong relationships with clients from all walks of life.
- Superb organiser with great communication and admin skills—able to juggle care plans, budgets, cooking, reporting and compliance with ease, all while keeping things running smoothly.
Qualifications Required:
- Certificate IV in Disability or Ageing (or equivalent)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current NT Driver’s Licence (manual)
- National Criminal History Check and Working with Children/Ochre Card
- Experience or willingness to learn safe food handling

Salary: Remuneration Package $84,783 – $88,374 (including salary $79,306 – $82,664)
