2026 Council Sponsorship Round Now Open Across West Arnhem
Community groups, individuals and organisations across the West Arnhem region are invited to apply for the new West Arnhem Regional Council Sponsorship which is now open.
Council is offering sponsorship to support local community projects, events and activities that help build stronger, more connected communities across the region.
Mayor James Woods said, “Council is committed to supporting initiatives that enrich community life - from opportunities for young people to sport and recreation, wellbeing, and art and culture. This sponsorship is about backing the individuals and groups that make a positive difference across our region.”
To be eligible, applicants must be based in or reside within the West Arnhem Regional Council local government area. Proposed initiatives must also align with Council’s Strategic Pillars and Annual Regional Plan.
Please note, the sponsorship pool will be shared with the most eligible applicants.
Applications close at 10am on Friday, 27 March 2026.
