Warruwi Community Wellbeing Trailblazer

Lead a lively crew bringing sport, kids’ activities, night patrol and care services together to make everyday life in Warruwi safer, stronger and more fun.

What We're Looking For:

  • Has a relevant qualification (like a Diploma in Business or Community Services) or strong experience in a similar role, plus an Ochre Card and NT driver’s licence.
  • Can confidently lead and support a mixed team delivering sport, creche, night patrol, community care and broadcasting services.
  • Plans and organises community programs and events well, managing time and priorities to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with Warruwi community members, staff and partners, with a strong respect for Indigenous culture and remote community life

What We Offer:

Salary: Remuneration Package $97,438 - $103,824 (includes Base salary $85,458 – $91,058)
