What We're Looking For:
- Has a relevant qualification (like a Diploma in Business or Community Services) or strong experience in a similar role, plus an Ochre Card and NT driver’s licence.
- Can confidently lead and support a mixed team delivering sport, creche, night patrol, community care and broadcasting services.
- Plans and organises community programs and events well, managing time and priorities to keep everything running smoothly.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with Warruwi community members, staff and partners, with a strong respect for Indigenous culture and remote community life
What We Offer:
Salary: Remuneration Package $97,438 - $103,824 (includes Base salary $85,458 – $91,058)

Location: Minjilang is located on Croker Island, just a short one‑hour flight from Darwin. You will be surrounded by beaches, wetlands and bush, with excellent fishing, boating and camping right on your doorstep
