Help West Arnhem Regional Council build a vibrant, strong, safe and connected community in Gunbalanya.
You will lead a passionate team delivering community safety, community care, broadcasting and our exciting youth, sport and recreation programs. Your enthusiastic energy will help bring the community together through key local events that make a real difference every day.
The kind of legend we’re after:
- Relevant qualification or 3+ years’ experience bringing programs to life in community settings.
- People person who loves working with diverse communities and leading a positive, energetic team.
- Organised go‑getter who can juggle programs and events and keep everything on track.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, using data and Microsoft Office to tell the story.
- Ready for remote NT adventure, with C Class licence, Ochre Card, NDIS check and ability to gain First Aid and Food Safety.

- Remuneration Package $116,089 (including salary $101,81)
