Join us in a short-term role supporting upcoming programs, events, and services that strengthen everyday wellbeing across Jabiru and the wider West Arnhem communities.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Relevant study or experience in community work, projects, or similar areas.
- Strong community development skills, including experience in running community events.
- Experience working with a wide range of people, including First Nations people, remote communities, and volunteer groups.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to work respectfully and sensitively with Indigenous people and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver, and review projects.
- Proven ability to analyse information, think critically, and solve problems as they arise.

Salary
- Fixed-term contract, ideal for someone interested in a short-term job (leave relief only)
- Remuneration Package $116,089 (including salary $101,815) per year - pro rata
