Step into a key leadership role in Warruwi as Council Services Manager, where you will guide a multidisciplinary team delivering community works, wellbeing programs, postal services, administration, trades and events, while building strong relationships and driving high‑quality services that genuinely reflect local needs, culture and Council priorities.

  • Experienced operational leader, confident in managing teams in fast‑paced, remote and culturally diverse environments.
  • Strong relationship‑builder with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Take charge and manage vital Council assets, projects, and budgets —your expertise ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Foster positive relationships and collaborate with community members, staff, and stakeholders to drive innovative service delivery.
  • Sound understanding of issues affecting Indigenous communities and a respectful, culturally aware approach
  • Embrace variety and challenge in a dynamic environment, where your initiative, problem-solving, and passion for results will create tangible impact.

What We Offer:

Salary: Remuneration Package   $136,288 - $155,261 (including salary  $119,531 - $136,171)

Benefits: 6 weeks annual leave, 12% superannuation ,17.5% leave loading, phone allowance, laptop, free uniforms, Employee assistance program, Study assistance,
