We are looking for someone who can:
- Helping with personal care such as showering, dressing and grooming.
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry.
- Provide safe transport so clients can attend appointments and participate in community activities
- Help clients stay independent by following care plans and linking them with services
