About the role

Join our team as our new Administration Coordinator in Jabiru!

This is a unique opportunity to lead, support, and make a real difference by coordinating a welcoming team that delivers essential services to the Jabiru community.

As the Administration Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality front‑line services, including customer service, Centrelink, postal, and general business support.

Bring your strong organisational and communication skills to a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful and positive contribution every day.

Who we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating office administration and supervising a small team, ideally in a remote community setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with staff at all levels and community members.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and service areas (Centrelink, AusPost, cleaning, and customer service).
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a cross‑cultural workforce.
  • High-level Microsoft Office and IT skills, with a sound understanding of finance or corporate support processes, and the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Indigenous culture and remote community life.

Salary

  • Remuneration Package $97,438 (including salary $85,458)
