FOR Amanda Henderson, taking up a position as chef at the Jabiru Golf Club is something of a homecoming. Amanda first came to Jabiru at the age of three, growing up here before leaving in 1998 to pursue her career as a chef. Back then, Amanda’s surname was Dunstan – a well-known family name in Jabiru, particularly at the Golf Club.Read more

On Tuesday 20 January, Kakadu rangers were contacted by two people – described as “a bit shaken up” – who had been walking through long grass near a culvert on the Arnhem Highway when a four-metre croc made a snap decision about breakfast and made a lunge at them.Read more
