PUBLIC CONSULTATION - Draft West Arnhem Regional Council (Jabiru Town) By-laws

West Arnhem Regional Council is seeking feedback on its Draft By-laws. The new by-laws will replace our 6 existing by-laws and will cover Jabiru Town.
This Draft By-Laws:

Promote public health, wellbeing and safety;

Control animals in Jabiru;
-
Protect public amenities; and
-
Contain provisions that take the wishes of the Mirarr people into consideration.
