Hello Friends

I Billy Nawaloinba am sharing some church news to remind those who wish to attend the celebration for the 100th Anniversary of the landing of Rev. J. Watson at Warruwi, Goulburn Island.

The first Gospel arrived at Warruwi June 22nd 1916. The centenary church ceremony will be held on the 22nd June 2016. Rev. S. Orme the NRCC Resource worker, Uniting Church Northern Synod and also Rev. Dr W. Emilsen, who is working on a history project, have visited Warruwi to discuss and fix the date for the celebrations.

I write this letter to share with everyone as there are friends of Warruwi from all around Australia who are hoping to come to the centenary and wanting to start making plans.

And also are a group of Fijian friends who are hoping to come and share the ceremony with us at Warruwi.

Yours in Christ
Pastor Billy
