Surprise visitors to Kakadu National Park

The Guluyambi Boat Cruise had two surprise guests on June 2 with Pippa Middleton and James Matthews jumping on the East Alligator River cultural tour.
With just two other passengers on the boat, senior guide Robbie showed them a range of traditional hunting techniques and cultural values.
During the tour, Robbie spotted a 4 metre crocodile sunning himself on the bank and he carefully pulled the boat up next to the croc to give the couple a very close encounter.
The visitors also got to step onto Arnhem Land and witness Robbie throw a bondock spear. The couple took ‘selfies’ with Robbie and seemed to enjoy the whole experience.
The couple from Melbourne who took the photos could not believe that, the morning they had read that Pippa and James were in Kakadu and then they were the only other passengers joining them on the cruise.
Kakadu Cultural Tours had no idea they were coming and it was a surprise for everyone to find out after the tour.
