Special on-country screening of High Ground

Gunbalanya community members including Traditional Owners were given a special on-country screening of High Ground on Sunday, 27 September.
Those involved in the production of the movie wished to return it to those who helped to create it with intimate community screenings in Gunbalanya and Yirrkala.
Many local organisations assisted in making the event possible – including monetary and food donations, helping with set up and more. Those involved in Gunbalanya were Gumurdul and Nayinggul Families and Traditional Owners of Gunbalanya, West Arnhem Regional Council, Gunbalanya Meatworks, the Service Station, Gunbalanya Sports and Social Club, Gunbalanya School, Injalak Arts, Gunbalanya Police, Health Centre, Stronger Children for Community, Adjumarllarl store and Board and many others from Jabiru and Gunbalanya.
